GENERAL PROVISIONS
This privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) defines the basic principles, goals, conditions and methods of processing personal data of AEROPLAST LLC (OGRN 1127746499704, INN 7718892053, legal address: 142455, Moscow region, Noginsk, Elektrougli, Zavodskaya st., 6, office 1) (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).
This Policy has been developed in compliance with the requirements of paragraph 2 of part 1 of Art. 18.1 of the Federal Law of 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" (hereinafter referred to as the Personal Data Law), taking into account the requirements of the Personal Data Law and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation in the field of personal data.
This Policy applies to all operations performed by the Operator with personal data with or without the use of automation tools. The Operator processes the personal data of the personal data subject only if they are filled in and (or) sent by the personal data subject independently through forms on the website https://aeroplast.net (hereinafter referred to as the Site), or sent to the Operator by e-mail. By filling in the relevant forms and (or) sending their personal data to the Operator, the personal data subject expresses consent to this Policy.
The personal data subject independently decides on the provision of their personal data and gives consent freely, of their own free will and in their own interests.
This Policy is subject to update at the initiative of the Operator, as well as in the event of changes in the legislation of the Russian Federation on personal data.
BASIC CONCEPTS
For the purposes of this Policy, the following terms are used in the following meaning:
Personal data — any information directly or indirectly related to a specific or determinable individual (subject of personal data).
Biometric personal data — information that characterizes the physiological and biological characteristics of a person, on the basis of which his or her identity can be established.
Personal data processing — any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with the use of automation tools or without the use of such tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
Automated processing of personal data — processing of personal data using computer technology.
Dissemination of personal data — actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite number of persons.
Provision of personal data — actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a specific group of persons.
Blocking of personal data — temporary cessation of processing of personal data (except for cases when processing is necessary to clarify personal data).
Destruction of personal data — actions as a result of which it becomes impossible to restore the content of personal data in the personal data information system and (or) as a result of which tangible media of personal data are destroyed.
Depersonalization of personal data — actions as a result of which it becomes impossible to determine the ownership of personal data by a specific subject of personal data without the use of additional information.
Subject of personal data, Subject — an individual who can be directly or indirectly identified using personal data.
Consent to the processing of personal data, Consent — a written or digital document that confirms the voluntary decision of the Subject to transfer personal data to the Operator in the volume, on the terms and for the purposes determined by this Policy and the agreements concluded between the Subject and the Operator.
PRINCIPLES AND PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
The Operator processes personal data taking into account the need to ensure the protection of the rights and freedoms of personal data subjects, including the protection of the right to privacy, personal and family secrets, based on the following principles:
personal data is processed on a legal basis;
personal data processing is limited to achieving specific, predetermined and legitimate goals;
personal data processing that is incompatible with the purposes of collecting personal data is not allowed;
the content and volume of personal data being processed correspond to the stated purposes of processing. Excessive processing of personal data in relation to the stated purposes of their processing is not allowed;
the accuracy of personal data, their sufficiency, and, where necessary, up-to-dateness are ensured when processing personal data.
in relation to the purposes of personal data processing;
personal data are stored in a form that allows identifying the subject of personal data, for no longer than required by the purposes of personal data processing, unless the storage period for personal data is established by federal law, an agreement to which the Subject of personal data is a party, beneficiary or guarantor;
personal data being processed are destroyed or depersonalized upon achieving the processing purposes or in the event of loss of the need to achieve these purposes, unless otherwise provided by federal law.
Personal data are processed by the Operator for the following purposes:
identification of the Subject for the purpose of concluding any agreements with the Operator and their subsequent execution;
conducting promotions, surveys, interviews, testing and research on the Site by the Operator;
establishing feedback with the Subject, including, but not limited to: sending information, notifications in the form of SMS, emails, oral and written requests, processing requests and applications from the Subject;
confirmation of the accuracy and completeness of the personal data provided by the Subject;
statistical and other research and (or) analytical purposes, subject to the anonymization of the personal data of the Subject.
VOLUME AND CATEGORIES OF PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA, CATEGORIES OF SUBJECTS OF PERSONAL DATA
The Operator may process the personal data of the following Subjects:
counterparties - individuals and representatives of counterparties - legal entities;
visitors to the Site
The personal data processed by the Operator include:
the last name, first name, patronymic of the Subject of personal data;
address of residence/stay or other address specified by the Subject when concluding agreements with the Operator;
mobile phone number;
email address;
history of requests and views on the Site and its services;
cookies, user location information, user activity information on the Site, user equipment information, session date and time.
The Operator ensures that the content and volume of personal data being processed correspond to the stated purposes of processing and, if necessary, takes measures to eliminate their redundancy in relation to the stated purposes of processing.
PROCEDURE AND CONDITIONS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
The Operator processes personal data in the following ways:
non-automated processing of personal data;
automated processing of personal data with or without the transfer of received information via information and telecommunications networks, including processing using automated database management systems and other software;
mixed processing of personal data.
The list of actions performed by the Operator with personal data: collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), use, distribution (including transfer), depersonalization, blocking, destruction on the territory of the Russian Federation in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
The personal data subject makes a decision to provide his personal data and gives Consent freely, of his own free will and in his own interests.
The Operator does not process biometric personal data.
The Operator does not process special categories of personal data related to race, nationality, political views, religious or philosophical beliefs, intimate life.
The condition for termination of personal data processing may be the achievement of the purposes of personal data processing, expiration of the Consent or withdrawal of Consent by the personal data subject, as well as the detection of illegal processing of personal data.
The personal data processing period is 3 years from the date of the last interaction with the Subject. The Subject may at any time withdraw his Consent to the processing of personal data by sending the Operator a notice via e-mail to the Operator's e-mail address specified in Section 10 of this Policy, marked "Withdrawal of consent to he processing of personal data".
The Operator undertakes to stop processing the personal data of the Subject within 5 (five) business days from the date of receipt of the notification in accordance with paragraph 5.8 of this Policy.
CROSS-BORDER TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
The Operator does not carry out cross-border transfer of personal data.
MAIN RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Operator has the right to:
receive reliable information and (or) documents containing personal data from the Subject;
demand that the Subject of personal data promptly clarify the personal data provided.
The Operator is obliged to:
process personal data in the manner established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation;
consider the appeals of the Subject of personal data (his legal representative)
(the operator) on issues of personal data processing and give reasoned answers;
provide the Personal Data Subject (his/her legal representative) with the opportunity of free and uncompensated access to his/her personal data;
take measures to clarify, destroy the personal data of the personal data subject in connection with his/her (his/her legal representative's) appeal with legal and justified demands;
organize the protection of personal data in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Personal data subjects have the right:
to full information about their personal data processed by the Operator;
to access their personal data, including the right to receive a copy of any record containing their personal data, except for cases stipulated by federal law;
to clarify their personal data, block it or destroy it in cases where the personal data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained or is not necessary for the stated purpose of processing;
to revoke Consent to the processing of personal data;
to take measures provided by law to protect their rights;
to exercise other rights stipulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Personal data subjects are obliged to:
provide the Operator with reliable data about themselves;
provide documents containing personal data in the volume necessary for the purpose of processing;
notify the Operator about clarification (update, change) of their personal data.
Persons who have transferred to the Operator false information about themselves or information about another Personal Data Subject without the latter's consent are liable in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
DISPUTES RESOLUTION PROCEDURE
All disputes and disagreements that may arise between the Operator and the Subjects on issues not resolved in the text of the Policy must be resolved through negotiations.
The parties are obliged to comply with the claim procedure for dispute resolution. Before filing a claim in court regarding disputes arising from the relationship between the Subject and the Operator, a claim (a written proposal for voluntary settlement of the dispute) is submitted. The period for considering a claim is 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim, unless another pre-trial settlement procedure is established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
If controversial issues are not resolved during negotiations, disputes arising from the Policy shall be resolved in a court of general jurisdiction at the location of the Operator. The current legislation of the Russian Federation shall apply to this Policy and the relations between the Subject and the Operator.
FINAL PROVISIONS
The Operator has the right to make changes to this Policy. When making changes to the current version, the date of the last update is indicated. The new version of the Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Site, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy. The current version is always available on the Site.
This Policy approves the form of Consent to the processing of personal data of Site users (Appendix No. 1 to this Policy), which is posted on the Site in the public domain.

CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA FOR VISITORS OF THE AEROPLAST.NET WEBSITE
By staying on the aeroplast.net website (hereinafter referred to as the Website), I express my consent to AEROPLAST LLC, OGRN 1127746499704, INN 7718892053, registered at the address: 142455, Moscow Region, Noginsk, Elektrougli, st. Zavodskaya, 6, office 1 (hereinafter referred to as the Operator), to the automated processing of my personal data (cookies, user location information, user actions on the site, user equipment information, session date and time), including using programs for the automatic collection of analytical data (Yandex Metrica, Gudok.tel and (or) other similar metric programs), with the following actions: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction, transfer (provision, access) to the Operator's counterparties providing services in terms of using the above programs.
Personal data is processed in order to ensure and improve the functioning of the Site, to increase awareness of Site visitors about the products and services posted on the Site, to provide relevant advertising information and optimize advertising.
This Consent is valid from the moment it is provided. In case of refusal to process personal data by the programs specified in this Consent, I have been informed of the need to stop using the Site or disable cookies in the browser settings. I have also been informed that I have the right to revoke my consent by sending a corresponding letter to the Operator's e-mail address buh@aeroplast.net
